We live here too and understand both the challenges and advantages of living in a rural area. Conifer was created from necessity back in 2008. Friends and family were living with dial-up and satellite; unable to play games online or even stream YouTube videos. We created a small network for our friends, families, neighbors, and word started to spread. Now, we cover areas in Tuolumne, Calaveras, Mariposa, Stanislaus, and Merced Counties. Plus, we’re always looking to expand coverage to help more people in the future.
